From time-to-time I’ll be posting details of observing innovations that I am working on.
However, Please Note I am NO LONGER PRODUCING the Kits described on these pages. 2025 was my last year of producing and shipping batches of Kits.
I will be making “one off” Telescopes for special purposes, such as kits for my Children’s Telescope Activities at Stellafane, and novel designs. I enjoy exchanging emails and receiving news of personal Telescope Projects and interests from my friends and customers!
In the unlikely arrival of more “free time”, I hope to spend more time observing with my astronomical friends, both nearby and at far-flung Star Parties! Sudbury is an excellent centre from which to contemplate the Universe, for example at talks by researchers from the renowned SnoLab (snolab.ca) about cutting-edge explorations of Dark Matter and Neutrino Science.
I am investing considerable time in documenting the History of Astronomy Clubs of which I am a member, and in supporting Exhibit Interpretation of displays in the Dorner Telescope Museum, a valuable resource located in Toronto (see rasc.ca)
